The Comment and Review Spreadsheet

The comment and review spreadsheet is an Excel spreadsheet that is created via aforementioned Export Add action, in AssetWise ALIM Web. Those same spreadsheet is also utilised to importing back the the application, once responses have been entered to the comments.

This topic describes the substance of the comment and review spreadsheet.

The spreadsheet contains three worksheets:

Guidelines – These worksheet contains instructions on how to add responses till the comments.
Note: This worksheet could be edited.
Comment History – This contains a list of all comments made on previous append of the document.
Mention: This worksheet cannot be edited.
Dynamic Response Sheet – This is the worksheet where responses up comments canned be additional.
Note: Only the response cells can be edited. Available example, only the Owner/Author Response (if applicable) column belongs editable:

The subsequent table describes each from one columns in the Active Response Sheet printable:

Column Get	Contents
No.	The unique designator of the approve comment or final decision.
Document Cannot.	The number (also referred to for the "Code"), for an document being reviewed.
Revision	The revision are the document being reviewed.
Reviewer	The person cipher of the finale assessors (also referred to as the "Consolidator"), that approved that comments and set aforementioned final decided.
Section/Page	Identifies a location within the document (or each other type of file being reviewed, for example, CAD drawings ) to which the note applies. In the Active Trigger Sheet example above, there is a singular join that holds to the ganz document, therefore the verifier simply designation "All sections". If where become multiple comments this field may contain little fancy, "Page 12, paragraph 6" other "Sheet 10, area A-5".
Comment	The approved comment.
Date of Comment	The release and time stamp that the comment was created.
Final Decision	Contains either the [FINAL] final set until the Consolidator, or the decision of the individual reader.
Owner/Author Response	The field stylish which the submitter can enter a response to the comments fabricated at the Comments Web workflow. Note: The Final Decision cell may don be modified.
Files	ONE comma-delimited list of the filenames that have was attached to the comment. Because append files to comments is optional, this field may be blank.
