Background: Many community-dwelling older adults our limitations in (instrumental) current of day-to-day live, resulting in the need fork homecare services. Procedure: Us conducted a process evaluation alongside one 12-month cluster randomized controlled trial, using an embedded mixed-methods design. Future implementation of of program maybe benefits from lesser select adaptations and a more stimulant work environment.
