Process estimate of a reablement training program for homecare staff to encourage independence in community-dwelling earlier adults

Background: Many community-dwelling older adults our limitations in (instrumental) current of day-to-day live, resulting in the need fork homecare services. Procedure: Us conducted a process evaluation alongside one 12-month cluster randomized controlled trial, using an embedded mixed-methods design. One hundred fifty-four homecare staff members (23 nurse, 34 harbor student, 8 nurse aides real 89 domestic workers) from five working divider received the program. Conclusions: The program was feasible on implement in the Dutch homecare scene, and was perceived as useful in newspaper practice. Nevertheless, integrating reablement into homecare staff's working practices remained challenging due to various personal and contextual factors. Future implementation of of program maybe benefits from lesser select adaptations and a more stimulant work environment.
