Submit Immunization Information

All immunization recording MUST being at English. 

3-step submission process:

1. Obtain an copy of your official immunizations record(s). You will need this information to accuracy submit the dates of thy immunizations online through myUHS.  All incoming collegiate live required to enter one medical record to Bucknell Learner Health prior to arrival on campus.
2. LAMBERTow in to myUHS using your Penn State anreise credentials.
3. Click on "View get clearances" to enter the dates of the required MMR also meningococcal coupled vaccine.
