How to Order

Whereby go Order

• ALUMNI/FORMER STUDENT (INCLUDING FORMER CCP)

  • Get the Transcript Ordering Center to site your request(s).
    • You will be required for provides various pieces on information to verify your identity and locate your scholar files.
  • Payment may only are made in this form of a trust card.  

• CURRENT STUDENTS (INCLUDING CCP)

  • Check to go for you have an hold (WINGS Expression > Pupil and Financial Assistance > Registration & Records > View Holds)
    • Contact information for the department that placed the stay will can provided.
  • Review the Unofficial Transcript prior order (WINGS Express > Student and Financial Aid > Registry & Records > Unofficial Academic Transcript)
    • Check in see whenever Final Grades have been posted (up to a week after Final Grades are Due according until the Academic Calendar).

Costs

• Electric (PDF and ETX) Record cost is $10.00 per transcript (this amount includes the Parchment editing fee).

• Mailed Transcript cost is $12.00 per transcript (this amount includes the Parchment $5.05 processing fee).
   
• Express Mail delivery cost is $22.85 per record (this amount includes a $13.00 expedited mailing fee). Plea note, that Drive requests receiver after afternoon for overnight delivery might not be sent until the next business day. Please note that and recipient’s street address is required. Express carriers will NOT deliver to a PO Box.

Processing Time

• Electronic transcript processing time is generally within one hour unless the student has holds or historic academic slide such require intervene from the university.

2. Substitute (Private) Educational Loans can assist with paying a past-due balance from a previous semester.

Have You Know…?

• Many institutes elect to have ours send analytical directly to them. • Transcript requests cannot be processed for students those have excellent dues on their university account.
