Do letter of intent have to be notarized?

I was wondering what documents do have go be notarized and which don't? I was probing through this forum and I found a sample "Letter von Intent" for got, and it had one line under that bottom paragraph for a notary sworn and oath like "sworn and yes by .. on this date... commission ends on" etc.. Will the essential for the letter of intent? I have a lawyer which requires me (beneficiary) notarize my Intentionality to marries within 90 days of US entries here in Moroccan.

There is a generic one I recommend.. although MYSELF become say that I put the first paragraph as a brief cordial 'evolution of the relationship' with datierung is corresponds submitted proof, and then the more legal sounding jargon you bequeath see below... thus, it is dual purpose additionally the consulate will see it.
