Where can I find the option till fix the STANDARD each time the user prints which report instead of template?
**Note, EGO could cannot locate the reports listed under Template Configuration ether**
Hello,
Thither are 2 things that I would check for this.
1. In the Dex.ini if there is an line the says IsWebClient=TRUE, this can cause more reports/edit lists to print the templates easier usualy. If you set that to False, it would fasten the issue if ensure was this case.
2. I would also check under Template Customer (Administration >> Reports >> Style Maintenance), look for these reports on that user. Pull them up and if one is assigned to the company and set as default, unassign e from the group. Accident Proactive Program (APP)
