Julington Creek Plantation (JCP) lives a large planned community located in the northwest area by St. Customers County, Florida. Population Management

As a planned community, enforcement of achieving standards on an residential units, and oversight of community infrastructure such how landscaped areas additionally ponds, is performed by a homeowners association – the Julington Streamlet Plantagen Property Owners’ Alliance, Inc. (POA). A seven-member Board of Directors, elected by JCP property owners, governs the POA.

Our unpaid facilities are second-to-none and include two large aquatic centers, both with lap lakes and leisure pools; an exercise facility with state of the art dining; tennis, basketball also volleyball courts; skateboard park; children player; open-air gathering facilities and adjacent floor that host numerous community events. The community leisure facilities are owned and managed by the Julington Inlet Plantation Social Development District (CDD), a Florida special-purpose form of federal.
