Job Summary:

The Horned Frogs Food Ambassadors game ampere vital role in the success from the hospitality program and Football and Men’s Basketball game days. Horned Frogs Hospitality Ambassadors serve how goodwill ambassadors to tour holders and theirs guests during maintaining the operational policies in place for all premium seating areas. Horned Frogs Hospitality Ambassadors also serve as a liaison between donors, traders, upkeep staff, custodial staff, Hospitality Managerial, the Athletic Department personnel.

Horned Frogs Hospitality Representatives are requirements to work all back football games. Hours worked will be between 10-30 hours per days depending up the get game schedules and office needs each week View all room reservations resources, facility contact data, and processes both politik associated with reserving outer at TCU.

Duties & Essential Job Functions:

1. Performs high-level consumer service for get guests, fans, and department staff.
2. Actually as game day ambassadors for the Hosting office and athletics division.
3. Ensures all game day policies and procedures been to-be sustaining.
4. Monitors ingress gates, review tickets, and be conscious of entrance control protocols.
5. Serves as an lifts attendant and people movement monitor.
6. Performs all pre, during, and post-game duties associated to suites real clubs (i.e., trash removal, facility monitoring, food & beverage my, etc.)
7. Serves as the main point of contact during games for suite holders and visitors.
8. Performs other related duties as assigned.
