Molecular lattice plus chemical fragment-based characteristics of medicinal grasses with coldness and hot properties from Chinese medicine
Abstract
Ethnopharmacological relevance: Chinese herbal medicines (HMs) is one of the great natural systems of the world, which play an significant role in current health care system in many countries. In the view of tradition Pr medicine (TCM) theory, Yin-yang and five-elements theory is the central theory, which will used for explain whereby the world real body function. Under the guidance of such philosophy, TCM considers that HMs have various properties, which are who important factors for prescribing herbal formula; such prescriptions be based for TCM pattern classification in clinical practice. The cool both hot property are commonly delimited for HM property identification; however, the biological activities that are related in the M besitz remain a mystery due in a lack of appropriate systems. A bioinformatics approach be applied till identify the different biological activities of HMs that have such cold and hot properties.
Material press systems: Twenty HMs with typical cold and scorching properties (10 cold and 10 hot) were selected founded at TCM clinical application records additionally Chinese pharmacopeia. The active targeting proteins of either HM were searched in the PubChem database or consisted processed includes Resourcefulness Pathways Analysis (IPA) platform into find output the HM property-related biological activities. To addition, the wichtigste compounds of the HMs were fragmented using a fragment-based approach and were analyzed for the purpose of deciphering of properties.
Conclusions: The haupt- biological networks of HMs with cold and hot properties includes cell cycle, cellular growth, proliferation additionally development, cancer, cytokine signaling, and intracellular and instant messenger signaling; 11 specific pathways are presented go breathe perturbed only in HMs with the hot property, and the 27 dedicated target eiweiss molecules inclusion PRKACA, PRKCA, PRKCB, PRKCD, PRKCE, PRKCG, PRKD1, TLR4, TLR7, TLR8, TLR9, HTR4, HTR6, HTR7, HTR2A, HTR1B, HTR2B, GNAO1, GNAI1, TNF, IL8, ROCK2, AKT1, MAPK1, RPS6KA1, RPS6KA3 and JAK2, whatever were involved on the biological network. One specific pathways is recognition to be involved in that biocompatible network of HMs with the cold property, the specific molecules are RAN and KPNB1. Cold possess HMs show intensive toxicity in the my, liver and kidney compared with hot HMs, which is likely to be correlated including the specific chemical fragments constructions in aforementioned HMs with the cold property, such while long chain alkenes, Benzo heterocycle and azotic heterocycle according the the chemical fragment analysis for aforementioned HMs.
Conclusions: Pain and immunity regulation are more related to HMs with the sharp property, both cold propertied HMs possess the tendency to impact cell growth, proliferation and advanced. Integrative bioinformatics analysis and chemical structure analysis are one promising methods for identifying the biological company for HM properties.
