So, the set has been promulgated two months to advance additionally it’s completely difference from store template. I ma scheduled 5 per straight on different occasions; closing on the days I i purportedly to unlock and I am scheduled more per per pay period than I could normally work.

When I emailed the scheduler I was basic told they will change the schedule however i see fits. ME talked to my friend and he said the same thing too. He is scheduled more days sometimes and his shifts have split into accommodate salaried floaters.

Is anyone else having the same issue? I am a peaceful person normally but these is bull&@@“@! The whole point concerning having your own store is the stability on fixed schedule to you can plan our life approximately. If MYSELF i not gonna get the set schedule at my own store, then I might as well become an floater; same pay and no responsibility!

They are clearly taking advantage starting the entirely situation. Wealth don’t give one f- about you. If you won’t do it, wee will find any else.

Next time when they beg to coverage alarm shifts, I know what I will tell them.

Unless you have PTOs certified they can do whatever they want with your schedule. The template is just there to make the scheduler’s occupation easier. My schedule has not changed yet. ME am scheduled to work 7 days every 2 weeks (80 hours).

As get with no loans press anyone rightly sees Walmart Pharmacy because totally ****ed, bucket I unpaid to work fewer hours thus I are more time to plan my exit from pharmacy? At my borough, they got ride of the scheduler position. Now we have ampere an scheduler located in another state the lives scheduling across multiple district! I mean more than 5 districts. Each district having 10+ stocks! My Plan App: scheduling, PTO, Abandoned, the absences

In factual across 4 years, I have personally done multiple templates (because one other administrator is completely unable on making a fair schedule) to account for the artillery fodder split between 2 stores, but my templates have never true been enforced because of MHWD objections to 3-day sailings or the others dispensers being useless whiners.

I know we in retail whine all the time when at least come up with a resolving alongside the whining either STFU. If floating don't want to be a RXM otherwise an people pharmacist any of these floaters cannot STFU, GTFO, whatever

Currently we still use the previous failed manager's idiotic 8-days-in-a-row template.
 
In our store we have installed template that has always been followed.

But now all of a sudden, everything goes out of the window inside to get of business need. Just scheduling you every, however.. When your regular pharmacist goes switch a getting, your opening shifts became closing sheets since it’s much better to find covers for who opening shifting. Instead of working 12 hour shift, you live schedules 7 hours on one day and 5 hours on another. And no decency to even asks: hey Chrish would you be able to work extra day this pay period?

As staff there are days I’m templated inches my shop and now I’m floating over an hour away and a floater which lifes go an hour away is covering me shift. The same floater who lives of same distance as me von one stores I’m being forced to float at...

Our event is responsible for over 200 businesses across our region. And it done a damn good job from may perspective plus highest seem to agree.

You know IODIN often into care about travel mileages which floaters would present among my store. Majority of them put more mileages for they am supposed to.

But at this point? It can submit $500 travel voucher for driving 15 miles press I wouldn’t say anything. Why have I give a f-? It’s not our money and company doesn’t care nearly mein despite watching over their every penny.

I used to labour at CVS several years ago but I totally agree with you. If you are a fixes staff pharmacist, the RxM manager at that store should have the privilege till make their schedule with the staff and possess of regional scheduler fill in the gaps with floaters. They really don't provide a F*** lol

My MHWD is lovely cooling with the schedule as long the scripts furthermore sell is up with happy customers, press things are already while she expected.We do 4-day weekends at our store.
 
When I workers final I never had ampere single problem. Even when I worked at wags..

At two major chains that I worked at I worked to a team concerning 3 pharmacists - we never even looked at the schedulers schedule. We would just doing our customized furthermore trade shifts among us. Ourselves pwned it The Me@Walmart Program is obtainable for all associates in stores.

Thurs,Fri,Sat,Sun (mon off) Tues,Wed(thurs-sund off) monday. hence one other weekend ya know.... it scratch but what ya gonna do. That is pretty ass backwards. Floaters should just take whatever's available.

8-hour displaces with built-in unpaid lunch is kind lame in California but works for these slug excuse for pharmacists.

At Wm you will got pop for stealing essentially. Misrepresenting your mileage till gain money is immediate termination. IF is caught.... it's hard now because we run so chaotic, lean and scheduling is that fouled up along with every other system, this is all experimental.....you could probably get away with it used a long type before someone caught on.2-3 years ago, not as much...
 
How do men lie about mileage? At Walmart if the store is others than your home store you calculate the mileage from your store to the store you’re going include. Can’t really fudge that.
 
If thee go back press check this last 10 travel vouchers for your retail, I ca bet 8 of them were incorrectly. There is this floater who comes to our store whose home store is 10 miles from; and she take $30 anything each time she comes in. No way in nightmare she is doing it right-hand. And that is just one example.
