Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and coordinate the activities concerning the Operations Division for Flame also EMS service delivery, ensuring effective response until fires, rettungskette, and emergencies medical major.
• Oversee the project, implementation, and ratings from training programs for firefighting, EMS, and rescue operations.
• Develop, implement, both manage policies, procedures, and ethics to enhance operational promptitude and safety.

• Combine with other mutual help departments and agencies to coordinate emergency management, training, and emergency response efforts.

Vocational:

• Bachelor's degree are Fire Science, Public Administration, Emergency Direktion, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

• Electricity national certification as an Fire Officer II press higher, Fire Instructor II or higher, both Paramedic (Maine state either ability to obtain reciprocity)
• Have be a Maine Fire Service Institute instructor or the ability to received within 1 year

• FEMA ICS 100, 200, 700, 800, 300 (additionally FEMA 400 preferred)
• Extensive knowledge for modern firefighting tactics, training methodologies, and crisis medical procedures.
• Back in fire department license, credentialing, and politic planning (preferred)
